The room will be available from 11.30 on day of arrival at 9:30 am the day of departure

The last day of the rental period is considered as the day of departure.

At 9:30 am the day of departure will terminate all the Hotel (beach, parking, pool, bar etc)

When booking will be asked to send a deposit, proportional to the rooms and booked days, by bank transfer.

If booking short-term will be asked to send the receipt by fax or email within 48 hours of booking. The non-arrival of the receipt of the email or fax involves the cancellation. The non-arrival of the deposit implies the cancellation.

In case of NO-SHOW (The non-arrival to date) the room will remain available until 9:30 am the day following the day booked for arrival, no communications about and after this period, the room will be resold .

The late arrival on the booked date will be charged the room rate for the dates which were booked but not used. Early departures or partial waivers on the rental period will be charged the single room up to the maximum price declared for a maximum of three days.

The waiver in writing (fax or email) the entire reservation from right to reimbursement of the deposit by the following deadlines:

50% of the deposit over 15 days of arrival
33% of the deposit from 4 to 15 days of arrival
33% if the room is reallocated, nothing remains free

 

 


 

Depending on the previous evening meals booked will be charged to the room account the board chose:

1 meal = half board 2 meals = full board meals = 0 bed and breakfast

In August / September the restaurant and open only for the evening meal dinner.

The meals booked and not consumed, is not eligible for reimbursement.

lunch on the day of arrival can be booked up to 12.00 am, unless otherwise notified, customers who fail to arrive on time will begin with the meal and the dinner on the first day will be considered a half-board.

 


 

At check in the customer must report the method of payment. (Cash, check, debit, credit card), deposit cash or check and / or verify the availability of electronic payment

For stays longer than 7 days is a rule making the account balance weekly.

The account balance must be paid the night before departure.

We accept all major Credit Cards (Diners NO, NO AMEX), ATM-pagobancomat, cash (max 999 euro), cashier’s checks and Cheques

Cheques of C / C are accepted only after certification by centax that is made by telephone the night before in the presence of the person who signs the check (for info www.centax.it) necessary condition for the use of the system centax warranty and to be aware of their account number and not always’ printed on the block checks

Recall that Centax does not guarantee bank checks of Post / Bancoposta, therefore we kindly ask you depositors of items to bring a cashier’s check or bank and not to travel on the day before leaving the Hotel at a post office where they can change the ‘bank check without problems in cash or cashier’s check made out to Hotel K2
We recall also that the new rules on traceability of payments prevent us from receiving cash payments exceeding 999 €.
